Now I have another problem!
If I open Organizer and then close it, I cannot open it again unless I go to Task Manager and close it there.
Did not happen on my old PC. Is there a setting or something I have to change??
Sorry for all these dramas!
Just about to backup the organiser on my new PC and then do a full system backup on it.

I have put this on the Adobe forum to see if I can get help on this. I also have a Dell engineer coming in the next few days to replace the optical drive so will ask him as well.

Thank you. It happens with both Organisers and Photoshop Elements.

I managed to find the Live Chat bit on the Adobe forums. Took over 3 hours on a remote session for the techie to find and fix the proble. Fortunately for me, it was in one of the Adobe programs - adobecorehelper (I think). Done and dusted. I am ecstatic. Thank you to everyone for your help with my current issues. I am NEVER going to change my PC again. I cannot cope!!

HappyScot -
Glad you got your problem solved. Just be careful about that "never" stuff. Ya "never" know.

I am NEVER going to change my PC again. I cannot cope!! I agree with Major Major. An unfortunate fact of life is that there are only 2 kinds of hard disk drives in our world. 1. Those that have failed and 2. Those that will fail.
