A volunteer organization I support technically has chosen Smug Mug for their image display on line presence. They have the "Basic" plan.
Basic supplies email support, no chat no telephone. I've not been able to get a straight answer - possibly because I'm asking my question wrong. So I'm turning to you kind folks in hopes that someone has experience with SmugMug and can either tell me how to ask the question correctly or just a simple yes or no that's possible.
Our goal with smug mug access 1 site wide gallery available to public – no password required 2 multiple galleries each one representing a county in our state 3 each gallery having a separate password for viewing 4 each gallery having a separate upload url for uploading 5 the upload urls to remain active
Thanks in advance
Pete

I have the basic plan.
1 - I have several galleries. Only one requires a password, but I don't see why you couldn't have a password for each one. 2- Each gallery having a separate url for uploading, hmmm, that I don't know. I think as long as the membership is paid in full, I wouldn't think anything would be inactive. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Did you look on their support forum? The website isn't overly user friendly. They do take forever to respond.

Their help files seeming contradict one another when it comes to access. Maybe they've uped their game as I've had 4 responses today, three of which just pointed me to the documents that I questioned. So helpful responses not so much.
