This tutorial is written for Photoshop but I was able to do it with PSE 11 with some modifications.
1. When he tells you to remove the inside of the bulb with the lasso tool and content aware, I used the healing brush.
2. The photos are all included in the tutorial. I tried the tutorial with all the photos provided and then I did it again with my own photo. Try it and post your results!
Here is my try..... preview.ibb.co/eE90dp/lightbulb.jpg

That looks great, but I am probably a none starter. I have just been into Elements help section. The only reference to 'healing brush', was in Photoshop CC. Is it the same as this, which was listed on the same page - Use the Refine Selection brush in Photoshop Elements 15 ?

Judy, welcome to the CE Challenge team! Glad to you have you aboard. This was a great start!
- Used the starter image for EP #85. - Applied a Snow overlay by Florabella. - Created the desaturated effect with ON1 Photo RAW. - Applied the Text and Border Overlay effect introduced in PSE 2019 (Guided Edit>Special Edits). - Applied a Raised Effect texture by Jerry Jones.

Lillias, this scenario poses an interesting puzzle that reminds me of Dorothy Sayers' "Have His Carcase". How did the footprints - of the person she would of course call The Boy from the Sea - survive, even underneath the bottle, the strong backwash of the wave that forcefully deposited the bottle partially buried in the sand?
Lord Peter where are you?
