Saw some nice horses along a country road. Cosmic light on the way home...dark gunmetal blue clouds far to the east and warm sunshine. A horse and straw stack.   |

Thank's Sydney. Always some post, but very little in these. The straw stack light was magical...as good as it gets. The horses were bottom lighted with reflection off the snow. Clive

These will give you some idea....the top photo shows the dark cloud on the horizon with blue sky above. The screen snips show the out-of-camera RAW photos...slightly underexposed on purpose. The straw stack was about 30 km north of the lake shot. There was a big snow down here last night. We missed most of it at home. Late day light with dark cloud bank in the east can't be beat. Thanks Sydney. Appreciate your kind words. I enjoy taking photos and it makes me feel good when I get decent snapshots. (And my ego urges me to share!  ) A great day is going out with my camera and shooting photos and spending the evening playing with them...I don't watch TV. In hindsight, I should have spent more time as there were several horses in this field. I'm not a "horse" person per se, but they are super interesting and have great characters.  |

Beautiful pictures, Clive. Love this last horse and the haystacks against the blue sky must have been dynamite to see in person. Keep on sharing!
