Nice Clive, I really like the backlighting on the sagebrush.

Thank you for your kind words.
I love "studying" (watching) light. These three shots were just a few minutes apart in mid afternoon and all somewhat different.
November can produce some of the best light colors and contrast. Pre-sunset light conditions can be amazing.
Thanks,
Clive

Yes Clive,
The so called "Golden Hour" (1 hour after sunrise and 1 hour before sunset) is a great time to capture fantastic light and shadows.
The yellowish/orangish tones can greatly enhance a scene.
Autumn is by far my favourite season. Golden hour light in Autumn is more pronounced than at other times of the year.

I love "studying" (watching) light. Clive, your love shows. Beautiful images! My favorite is the Frontlighted Milkweed.

Thanks Sepiana and Bailey. Sepiana, in 2011, I wrote an article (somewhere), titled The Three "Ls" of Photography: Light, Light and Light. Will see if I can find an online copy. In the meantime I am going to post another golden hour light photo: same place. Thanks Clive
