Ooops, sorry for the late post, hope you enjoy my picks for the week.
Tpgettys - Solar flares - I found this quite fascinating to look at, brilliant colours and creatively titled, also love the mysterious black hole effect.
Billz - Tram in motion (my title) - Lots to like about this image starting with the low angle of the shoot, the light of the blurred tram as it whizzes by and then there's the skateboard casually propped up against the pillar, all tells a great story. IOW
Sydney - The table by the laneway - my eyes are immediately drawn to the table and chairs and as I look around I am further enchanted by the floor tiles, the archway and the laneway itself. The painterly effect was perfect for the image, gives it such a warm inviting ambience. |

Oh, thank you very much Jacki for selecting my image as this weeks IOW and your very kind comments! Tom's and Bill's images were certainly representative of some very fine images in the galleries this week. A well done to both of them for their wonderful work.
