Yes, snow can be beautiful, but I don't miss living with it. Photo: Mine - circa 2008 - view from my dinette window towards neighbor's fence New owners removed the entire planting bed including these amazing pine trees - now they have a 'beautiful' view of the neighbor's house and yard. HUH?

Beautiful Janice. That's the way I like to see snow - in a picture - lol..I like how you did the word art with the large O almost acting as a frame.

Ditto from me, too. Has the bird got a scarf around its neck? The blues look perfect against the background.
I can never understand why people buy houses with trees - then cut them down. I hope my neighbours never get the same idea.

I hope my neighbours never get the same idea. Yes, the bird is wearing a cap and scarf. He's all bundled up for the weather. Bird - and corner design - were drawn/painted by Rosie at Just Art. She is a wonderful artist. The people who bought our house? They also removed the trees that ran along the other side of the yard and many in the front and back yards. They said the grandchildren needed more space to run. Again I say HUH HUH. We had one of the few lots with trees - we lived in the middle of a subdivision on 1/2 acre lots - houses in a row... I made this layout to show why a doe decided to hang out in my yard (it was the bird feeders) - a few times, she brought her fawn. I got some photos through the living room window, but each time I tried to crank open the window in the dinette to get a good shot, she bolted. Oh well.
