Adobe has just released PS CC version 20.0.3. This update seems to be mostly an issue-fixing one.

NOTE:
The Adobe engineering team came through (as promised). The problem with the Libraries Panel discussed in the thread below has been fixed; no longer is a workaround needed. Kudos to Adobe!
