I have Elements 14 on my Win. 10 PC.
I have just installed Elements 2019 on the same machine. The first question the installation asks is do I want to convert the "Main Catalog" to 2019?
Before I convert I want to open 14 and check what catalogs I have there. However I find that I cannot open 14. I have looked in C:> Program Files (x86) > Adobe and can see 11 and 12 but not 14. I have a shortcut to 14 on my Task bar but it no longer operates; I guess 2019 has put a block on it.
Where would the exe be for 14 and come to that for 2019.
Any advice please?

Hi athegn, Glad you found the .exe files you were looking for. Elements (on Windows) became a 64-bit app starting with version 13.
The installation of PSE 2019 should not have affected the shortcut to PSE 14. Each version of Elements is an independent one. I have 9 versions, each one with its own shortcut. However, Elements has a history of "misbehaving" shortcuts, particularly the ones originally created during the installation process. If you still need a shortcut for PSE 14, just create a new one.

I will add this; I have found that, if you want more than a single version open at the same time, Elements versions must be opened in order, oldest to newest. If a newer version is already open, for whatever reason, the older version will not open.
