I want to change the brown color in this scrapbooking page to blue 99FFFF. I want to keep the music images for a background. I'm using PSE13. I can't find a tutorial of how to do this. Help please!!

More than one way in PSE to skin a cat....
1. Change the foreground color chip to 99FFFF and then using the color replacement brush tool, paint over the page.
2. Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and move the hue slider until it's right or check the colorize box and move the sliders.
3. Enhance>Adjust Color>Replace Color - if you hold down the shift key you can select which browns you want to change and still keep the yellows.
Depends if you want to retain some of the original colours or not.

I was just experimenting with the color replacement brush - it works slick. I usually use hue/sat, but replacement is an excellent alternative. Thanks, Bayla for those ideas.
