PSE 2019 has a lot more calibration options than earlier version but you can add your own.
If you wish to use the profile of your actual camera to enhance your processed images, use these notes together with an Xrite card (ColorChecker® Classic).
My notes:-
Take RAW image of Xrite chart in daylight (mid dayish) against grey fence
Use DNG Converter to convert whole folder, containing RAW image, to DNG file
Use DNG_Profile_Editor_win_1_0.exe to create profile:-
Open required DNG in editor; select Chart tab; place 4 spots on chart; select 6500K; create profile; option - save dcpr file to G:\User\Photoshop Elements\Profile ICCs
Export profile to
C:\Users\Photos\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles
File extension is renamed .dcp at this location.
I am returning to thsi because I can't get the Camera Matching on a Windows 11 PC running PS Elements 2021:-
I am trying to add camera profiles for camera profiles not supplied by Adobe in PS Elements 2021:-
Konica Minolta DIMAGE A2 Xrite 19092008.dcpr
Panasonic DMC-FZ200 Xrite Daylight Recipe.dcpr
Panasonic DMC-FZ200 Xrite Shade Recipe.dcpr
I have copied these into folders in my Windows 11 PC:-
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles\Camera\Konica Minolta DIMAGE A2 & Panasonic DMC-FZ200:I have removed the final r from each profile.
I have rebooted the PC and reopened PS Elements and opened an FZ200 RAW file but Camera Matching is not showing.

These are my latest instructions:-
CONVERT CLASSIC COLOR CHECKER IMAGE TO ADOBE ACR
Take image of Munsell Color (xrite) card, against neutral i.e. grey background in RAW.
Save in required folder e.g. D:\User\Photoshop Elements\Camera Profile ICCs\Konica Minolta DIMAGE A2
Open AdobeDNGConverter_x64_15_5.exe, to convert whole folder, containing RAW image, to DNG file
Use calibrite-PROFILER-Setup-1.2.3.exe to create profile. Note allow Windows to run application. Check DNG selected.
Drag DNG image into calibrite-PROFILER-Setup-1.2.3.exe. Align colour patch markers. Press Create Profile; application will create profile and load into required folder:- i.e. C:\Users\MY NAME\AppData\Roamong\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles.
