Good job, Bailey . You now need to present us with a part of a picture that you have taken for others to try to guess. Just want to make sure people know how this game continues. Pictures presented must be your own.

Thank you jackscrap. That was a really tough one. Without your clues I would have had no chance at all of guessing what it was. I don't have a large collection of photos on my traveling to choose from, so here is one that hopefully will be a little easier. For this round, I am happy to take questions about the thing but there is a limit of 1 question per member and the questions must require either a "Yes", "No" or "Maybe" response. This is a 100% crop of the original image.

I am assuming you mean questions like "Is it living"? But certainly people can have more than one guess as to what it is.
Could it be a mushroom?

Hummm ... Although I am reminded of the snapshots from my last colonoscopy (JOKE!), I am going with tree bark. Tree bark.

Thank you BillieJean. I had never heard of a sea cucumber either until a few days ago.
After my sea urchin guess, I recalled seeing sea cucumber on the menu at the restaurant (we didn't order it though) Mrs B. and I were at a few nights back here in Shanghai.

Yes that is exactly what I meant but I can see now how it wasn't 100% clear in my post.
No, it isn't a mushroom.

DING DING DING DING **** WE HAVE A WINNER **** DING DING DING DINGWell done Clive......100% spot on!!!! Your colonoscopy images made this far easier than I would have thought I took this photo at Qingming Historical Area in Wuxi last week (the same place where I took my Transformer photo). The crop is from the lower tree trunk on the right where the white paint on the trunk ends. I was hoping the white paint might make it a little more difficult to guess what it was.

Ooops! Ha! That's funny Bailey, as it was just a wild guess. Bedtime here. I'll have a go tomorrow. UNLESS SOMEONE WANTS TO JUMP IN... go ahead. All good. If not, I'll post tomorrow. Clive

Gosh imagination is a wonderful thing. I imagined I saw a couple of faces in your photo Bailey and I was away thinking perhaps it was an ancient decayed rock carving of some sort. So much for my imagination…lol

Okay, Ill post again. I am red faced about guessing Bailey's tree as it was simply what came into my mind without thinking, so will refrain from guessing again for a while. Easy peasy. Huge crop from a larger photo.
