I ran a utility today. It is called Wise 365. It wanted to delete some PSE files. I told it 'no' on those files. Would you please look at the attached and tell me if they are OK to delete? Of interest, all six of the files dealing with plugins - are dated on the same exact day and time. Thank you very much. Dean

Hi ddw,
It is my understanding that it is safe to delete these temporary (.tmp) files. Photoshop Elements is supposed to automatically delete them when you close this program. However, sometimes it "forgets" to do it. Here is some more information about these files.
Is it safe to delete AppData\Local\Temp? How to Manually Clear Out Photoshop’s Massive Temp Files
As a side note, . . . I have deleted .tmp files many times. I regularly do a Disk Cleanup and in the process I select Temporary Files to be deleted. Here is how they are described in the Disk Cleanup dialog.
