Jackie...they eat them. I've eaten smoked pig's ear. I passed on the pig noses though.  |

They eat them, but I have never seen it on a menu in a restaurant, at least where there is an English translation on the menu.
I have seen parts of chickens, ducks, pigs and seafood that are very normal foods which I would not be able to try.
