I finally had the time to go through their announcement to check the new and enhanced features. Quite an improvement! Photo RAW is getting more and more Photoshop-like features.
The only new feature I don't care for is . . .
Hopefully there will be a way to turn it off. (That was the first thing I did in Photoshop.) I find it distracting, gimmicky(?). |

I've had a look at the announcement as well.
From what I saw, it still doesn't support custom screen profiles, PSE does. And On1's features for organising images is a long way short of PSE's from what I see. I still won't be able to do Google like searches for images in On1 like I can in PSE's Organizer.
I will probably download On1 for the trial version to have a play with it but I doubt, from what I have read so far, that it will be better for me than PSE. We'll see

The main point for me about On1 is the singular UI for raw processing.
