- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Foggy Night). - Applied a Landscape Enhance texture by Merek Davis (Frosted, Multiply blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Applied a textural border by Photomorphis (Screen blending mode, 100% Opacity).
