Thank you to all who posted images in their individual galleries this past week. Some very pleasing photos. After deep mental deliberations, I've selected three images..and would like to add two or three more honorable mentions, but we will leave it at this. IOW goes to srmoment for her "glassed-in kitty moment" with top honorable mentions going to dandc and hmca as show below. "glassed-in kitty moment" has several admirable features: - human (or animal) interest .. a nice moment between two cats. - excellent framing..literally - composition works well - great bokeh - it ticks off all the right things dandc's, "Time to change the switch" also has human interest and tells a story. I like the perspective, depth, composition and post processing. hmca's "Gravities light" (complete with grammatical error ?? ?? "Gravity's Light" ??) has a nice retro feel to it with the name perhaps reminiscent of the sixties "flower" movement. I like the soft greens and pale blue colors and composition works well. Thanks to all for participating this past week. Let's see a nice selection again this week. Thanks for the privilege to judge. Clive

Grammatical or spelling error?? AHA! Since gravities is spelled correctly (being plural of gravity), then I understand it defaults to a grammatical error. We digress.
Thanks again to all who submitted photos. Next week is members' choice. Clive

Congratulations Pat for a very unique image....and thanks for listing all the things that make this image so special, Clive. You have a great eye for judging. Congratulations to Dan....I was so impressed with the depth of field you captured here. And then you could knock me over because I never expected to see my blue store, but I'm pleased you liked it.

Well done Clive, I like your selection - and your comments. I daren't say anything about I.O.W, while I have three sight hounds sitting here.

Whoa, IOW, what a nice surprise!!! I caught these two indoor kitties in my neighbors' glass addition. My 89 year old dad and I were rebuilding the fence between our places and I had an unobstructed view! One of my other neighbor's dog, whom I'm best friends with, was not impressed! ....p.s. I never want to see another post that needs replacing/cementing.... ever again!!!
Love Clive's other two picks!!!

Thank you for judging this week Clive. Pat congratulations on your heart-warming shot earning a much deserved IOW. Helen's photo is photographically correct no matter the discussion about the title so I'm honored to have my photo included in your choices as well.
