Is it just the nature of Elements 7 e-mail feature to be so quirky, or is this something maybe I can fix ?
We installed our Elements 7, brand-new-in-the-box, in early 2014.
From the first time I used the e-mail feature, it has always been hit or miss as to whether it would work.
I DO have my e-mail preferences, address, and such entered and I have checked that they are still there numerous times.
Now, it has started a new problem; trying either e-mail attachments or photo-mail, it lets me go through the whole process right up to the last "next"; and, when I click that last "next", I get a box telling me that there is no internet connection.
In this box, I have only two choices; "OKAY" or "X", either of which erases all of my efforts and puts me back to square one.
There is nothing wrong or any different about my internet connection; at the same time that Elements is telling me I have no connection, I can send regular e-mail from my non-Elements account and use the internet in any other way with no problems.
When it actually works, it is so convenient to select and send pictures straight from the organizer; although, I do wish that it would provide some means of viewing the "sent" messages.
Can I fix this; or, am I going to just have to start doing my photo e-mailing outside of Elements ?
Thanks for reading.
