Wow! Creative Effects is !00! Hard to top #99 but lets try the Tilt-Shift Effect. This one is very easy to do and in both recent Elements and Photoshop you can find it as a built-in Effect. In Elements it's under Guided>Camera Effects and in Photoshop it's under Filter>Blur Gallery. If you want to do it from scratch, which is also very easy and a bit more flexible, here's a tutorial for PSE PSE 11 Tilt-Shift TutorialFinding a good starter image is part of the challenge here. Here's one of mine with the effect applied: And here's one done with an image I found on-line - credit to Old train by 96tommy www.flickr.com/photos/47309173@N06/7652752902/ . If you're a Harry Potter fan you'll recognize the train. But don't feel constrained by Gaussian Blur and a Reflected Gradient - here's one that isn't exactly tilt-shift but used Motion Blur and selectively painting out the blur on the layer mask - I'm calling it "Get Me to the Church on Time" Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Tony

I never even knew this existed as a filter in PS so first off thanks for the info. I tried this quickly not really knowing what I was doing. Want to go try again after I find some more info. A fun effect thanks for the challenge, Tony.
Feel free to offer some suggestions!

Two good examples from Helen and Frank of the sort of images where tilt-shift can be used to enhance the effect. The first one illustrates well the miniaturization effect of using tilt-shift and the second works well to focus on the turtles without the background and foreground being distracting.. Some classic tilt-shift photographs are from Ben Thomas and his Cityshrinker series that you can see here - but he did have help from a helicopter for some of these shots! Tony

Thank you, Lillias. Starting with an aerial shot helped a lot. I once walked through that gate when I was a teenager and it brought back fun memories.
