Can an Action add a blank space at the bottom of a photo?

Wow! Bailey. That's great - such a help to me when trying to caption at least 100 photos. And so easy to use, even I understood what to do. Thanks so much. 
Thanks also Deany for your contribution which I can see will come in useful when I'm sending family photos to other members of the family who may not be precisely sure as to which great niece or nephew they're of. An easily read caption but not hiding any of the photo. I'm busy making a newbook mark folder so that I can keep all these wonderful-time saving processes easily available for future use.
