This is a funny little flower,it blooms in the shade of early morning and will totally disappear in the sunlight not to return until the next morning. It is quite small,that is a blade of grass in my yard, the blossom is less than 3/4"(long side) dick

I have never seen that flower before, but it reminds me of an orchid. Nice macro, Dick!

Thanks Marianne, I think I'll see if I can get a better image using a Raynox add on filter tomorrow morning.

My wife cut that little clump of grass down close yesterday. I hope it regrows and I can get another, well a better image.
