Hi Clive,
The link to the enlargement either wasn't created for some reason or you/someone removed it.
In any case, your image is now taking up 100% of the post window's width and so many visitors will most probably have to scroll down to see all of the image (not very user friendly)
If you would like to have total control of the width of the displayed image, simply substitute the code for the image in your op with this bbcode while in bbcode mode of your post editor:
[div style="width:50%;margin:0em auto 0em auto;"] [img style="width:100%;" src="https://i.ibb.co/mz4V3ZN/vesper-sparrow-1200-CAS03576.jpg" alt=""] [/div]
This tells the visitor's browser to make the image 50% of the width of the post window in their browser and centralise it. To change the width of the displayed image just change the 50% value to something else.
The url in the above code is the actual link to your image after you uploaded it.

Looks fine to me. Perhaps someone fixed it.

Looks fine to me. Perhaps someone fixed it. There is still no usual link to an enlargement and the image still takes up 100% of the post's window width. It's only visitors with smaller screens that might have to scroll down to see the whole image. Normally when you click the posted image you are taken to the web page that displays an enlargement. The link is not attached to the image in the op.

Bailey I pre-uploaded the image on imgbb to post on a Facebook group before here. (FB reduces IQ badly. A good way around FB's image issues is to first upload to imgbb or elsewhere and post a link in FB. Images uploaded inside FB are garbage on tablets. They look okay on a phone and semi okay on a desktop...but IQ is compromised.) Here on PSEM, to display the vesper sparrow, I merely posted the link to the existing image vs "Add image to post via imgbb.com" The sparrow looks fine on my laptop, phone and tablet. Clive

Ok no problem Clive How an image is displayed also depends on whether the visitor's browser is maximised on the screen or not. If I maximise my browser on the screen then I need to scroll down to see all of the image. If I reduce the size of my browser window then I can see all of the image without having to scroll. This can happen when large images are posted without including any controls on how they are to be displayed. The only way members can control/style how their images are to be displayed on forums similar to this one is through the use of bbcode, which thankfully is available here. Below is what I see in my screen. Browser window maximised. Need to scroll down to see all of the image. Browser window size reduced This is not a big deal. I just wanted to point out what can happen since in my experience visitors having to scroll up/down or left/right to see images can be a "turn off" for most.
