How do we know it is a Hidden House, Helen? Edit. Ah, it has come into view since I was last here.

H is for Hot and Home which, according to the weather station, is currently the Hottest spot in Canada at 34°C (94°F) and High Humidity (68%). For us that's hot. Too hot to go far to try out a new lens so this is just outside the back door! Tony

More Hills. Foothills at base of the Rockies. Near Chapel Rock, north of Lundbreck, Alberta.

H is for even more Hills...........
This is a panorama I created back in October 2016 looking out from the lookout at Mt. Buffalo, near Bright in north eastern Victoria, Australia.
The snow capped peak near the top right corner is Mt. Bogong, the highest mountain/hill in Victoria at 1986m above sea level.
(enlargement is much clearer.)

H is for 1 more Hill...........(I photograph a lot of landscapes, so I have plenty of them )
I took this photo (actually a panorama from 3 or 4 photos from memory) in January 2013 at Boroka Lookout in the Grampians National Park, north east Victoria Australia.
The lookout looks over the small township of Halls Gap down in the valley between the two sets of "hills".
(enlargement is much clearer.)

Frank, what a shot! Great composition -- filling the frame, applying the Rule of Odds, and a DOF to die for!

H is for horizon ... July 15. Looking west from our summer lot after sunset. Clive, great shot with the horizon in silhouette. The lighting is amazing!

H is for Horizon and Harvest time. The winter wheat is just about ready for combining - just need a few more days of dry weather. Tony Tony, very clever -- horizon + harvest together. I love how you composed your shot. Great capture of the wheat details!

H is for Hot dog. Today is National Hot Dog Day so I showed my true colors and took part. If for some reason you missed National Hot Dog Day, cheer up; the entire month of July is National Hot Dog Month!! Thanks for the theme Sepiana ... and for the excuse to stop at the Dogs and Fries cart. (The photo is used with the permission of the hot dog professionals shown.) Bill, great finding -- a slice of urban life -- and, as usual, captured with a well-composed, sharp, and detailed shot. A treat for the eyes and for . . . the taste buds! I LOVE giving you excuses to eat.

H is for hill. Massacre Butte, near Cowley Alberta July 17, 2019. Late day...dull ... slow shutter to blur the barley heads. Clive, you nailed this shot. Beautiful colors! This would make a great triptych.

From this morning's shopping trip - "H" is for Hobnobs, my favourite treat, and a good excuse to buy a packet. Dennis Dennis, I love how you composed your shot to fill the frame. Very effective! Great job capturing the details on the packages. It has been a long time since I had this treat. Time for a visit to the U.K. aisle at our local Global Market.

"H" is for Home - in the middle of a duck pond. "H" is also for Humour, an unexpected find in a country village.

H is for High Up (note the elevation in the lower right corner of the GPS). A brief construction delay on Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park. More High to come when I get the rest developed from the last 2 days. Rick, this made me smile. I have driven along that road many times. Very clever interpretation of this week's theme. Great capture of the GPS details!
