I am sure that there will be a simple answer but I can’t find it!
i recently updated from PSE 11 to PSE 2018 and, although I updated the catalog, my older images continue to open in PSE 11, how do I make PSE 2018 the default version please?

First, please tell us which operating system and which version of it. Some info on your machine would be helpful too.

Oh maybe it’s not such an easy question as I don’t know much about computer issues
I just use a laptop and windows 8 if that is any help.

Thanks for trying. Charles ........ I thought it should be easy so I googled it again and found the answer and it worked. I right clicked the file / open / choose default program / PSE2018 and voila it works.......ya
