Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.
NOTE
This week’s theme was a joint suggestion by Dennis and Brenda -- dennis9 . (Thanks, Dennis and Brenda!)

My favourite type of photography - panoramic landscapes
Watching the Great Wall snaking across the mountain tops was just mind blowing for me.
(enlargement is clearer.)

Maybe because of my age I am rather fond of old stuff and especially mechanical old stuff - so dropped round today to a local machine shop that hasn't changed much since it opened in 1914, the lathes and milling machines are still driven by overhead belts and whatever you want they'll make it especially if it's something old that needs a part replacing. Converted to B&W as it just didn't look right in colour! Tony

Thanks Sepiana, Dennis and Brenda. One of my favorite things is coming back home after shooting a good roller derby tournament. Photographed 12 August.

Livingstone Range, Alberta. Not the most beautiful mountain range (there are far prettier), but it is my favorite mountain range because of where it's at and if I can see then it I am in a good place. The weather is unsettled this afternoon with some t-storms about. August 14, photographed near Cowley, Alberta.

I just keeping going back to your image, looking at all that old stuff. Great details!

The Entrance to My Favourite Football Club - I've been a supporter all my life. Dennis Dennis, my soulmate, a football (soccer) fan! I love the angle you took your shot; it resulted in a symmetrical composition (and an invitation to go in). Clear and sharp image!

My favourite place to buy fruit & veggies--a local farm shop. Chickens & geese strut around the parking lot. I haven't witnessed a casualty yet. These chicks were attracting a lot of attention. Angela, and you succeeded in capturing their "strutting". Definitely an unusual sight! Great DOF!

Bill, and one of my favorite things is to look at your image. Great composition, beautiful sky colors, and . . . a hint of reflection (on the plane wing).
