Rita, great choices of extras. I really like the subtle OOB effect and the sense of motion (spinning?) added by the circular frame. Was the frame like that or did you "transform" it?

Made it a green screen image to change background. Extras added with Topaz Studio 2 Frank, you raised the bar here -- flawless selection/blending, bold colors. This could be a poster for a campaign promoting reading. I am curious about your green screen technique. Would you please elaborate on it?

Images from pixabay and map and dinosaurs from png. Helen, very nice composite -- map, dinosaurs, and . . . children's curiosity (desire to learn). A typical school scene!

Green Screen I changed the background to green (00b140) and used green screen wizard to replace the green with the background. It is the same technique that tv stations and movie makers use to replace the background. Work's very well, more so when you start with an image shot on a green screen background.

Used the Bas Relief filter on the image and then a gradient map using the steel bar blend from the Metals section.

Rita, thanks for the prompt response! I can't believe it; I have that collection of Freebies. Now that plug-in is installed in both PSE and PS.

Frank, I understand the technique of shooting movies and TV commercials before a green screen. In this case, however, you had to make a precise selection of the foreground anyway, so what is the advantage of the extra step of inserting a green screen instead of just dragging in the desired background?
