I do hope I am putting this thread into the correct forum...

I recently had a new SSD hard drive installed on my desktop, with the latest version of Windows 10

Now when I open Photoshop Elements 15 this is what I see on the right hand side of PSElements 15.

No column for my Layers work.

How do I get this back?
