Beautiful Fall colors, Lillias. Interesting to read all of the resources used. It might be fun to post a before/and after attachment sometime. I'm sure it must take a lot of planning and rearranging to get your page to come together.

Your wish is my command...lol.
I am a member of another group and one of the members issued us with a mini challenge - the ‘recipe’ for the challenge she provided was as follows... Our page should have an Autumn Theme, and should include 1 or 2 photos without people; a poem or quotation or LARGE word art title; at least 2 papers; and at least one metallic embellishment included in a cluster.I could have started by looking for suitable photos but on this occasion I decided to start by looking for autumn coloured papers from among my stash of kits and found two I liked in the Autumn Symphony kit by RDH (Russian Dutch Heart). I placed them on my document as you can see - one at an angle on top of the other. That gave me my base to work on. I then went searching for a couple of autumn photos which didn’t include people as per the instructions given. The first one I found is the one top right. I clipped it to a mask from an Anna Aspnes kit and sized and placed them as you see. I love the autumn colours and I found one with lovely (I thought) autumn leaves. I clipped it to another of Anna Aspnes masks (this one I adapted a little myself) and placed it bottom left on the page. As a page develops you may find you have/want to resize images, objects or change them round about. Take a minute to sit back and look at your page - do you want maybe to bring something more to the front or perhaps you might think that an element would actually look better if put behind another element. This is part of the joy I find in putting a page together. Don’t be afraid of trying things. As I was working with this, the song ‘Autumn Leaves’ came to mind and I looked for the lyrics for this. The first verse talks about the falling leaves drifting by the window...that gave me the idea to look for a window which you see now placed on the page. The embellishment of the spade and fork provided the metal element asked for in the instructions for the page. I added a few flowers and leaves etc; to complete the page. I don’t know if you think I fulfilled the brief but I’ve tried to give an idea as to the working of my brain for putting this page together... You will see below the papers and images and masks and most of the elements used on the page.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask them.

Lillias, that was so nice of you not only to show us the individual components of your piece, but explain your thought process in putting it together.
I liked reading your description and scrolling back to the top image to see the placement of each piece. I can see this as an all day process but I imagine it takes less time the more you do it. I hope other members appreciate seeing your before/after process. Thank you!

I agree with Helen's comments, Lillias. Your card has a really 'warm' feel to it. Nice when it is pouring with rain outside - as it is here.
It never ceases to amaze me, how you manage to co-ordinate colours so well.
