Shore lunch in the Northwest Territories. Boneless northern pike fillets cooked in cast iron pan out in the open. Yum! (Headed back this June!! Hopefully.)  |

I see arugula and/or "spring greens" on the lobster plate. This is a field of "spring greens" just a few miles north of Yuma, Arizona but in Southern California.  |
