I tried Judy's pulled pixels.....not perfect but better than my previous attempts with that tut. Helen, good thinking! This starter image (bold colors, lines) is perfect for this technique. Nicely done!

- Applied Topaz Studio (Oil Painting). - Applied the Poster Edges filter. - Applied the Crosshatch filter. - Applied the Texturizer filter (Sandstone). - Created the background with a texture by Deluzion (Dirty Blue Oilcloth).
