Excellent, BillieJean! I tried to do something with Carmen but couldn't get it to work.

Mickey's always been very health conscious... (Cartoon action from Panos)
Craig, great choice of effect -- a cartoon. The adding of Mickey was the icing on the cake. It would make a great illustration for a children's book. Well done!

- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Ran the file through Aurora HDR (Black and White Somber). - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer by Blake Rudis (Vintage Oxford Blue). - Created the edge effect with Chromatic Edges.

fotofrank , I am intrigued by the effect in your second entry (step and transform). I have tried to replicate it but I am at a loss. Would you mind explaining how you did it?

kdcintx , great idea going for a kaleidoscope effect. It looks like a medallion. I love the design, the symmetry. I am curious. How did you create this effect?

The first thing I did was cut out the basket and fruit. Expanded the image 100% in each direction Duplicate and flip - Merged Duplicated and rotated 90 degree - merged down Removed inner handles and added grapes Duplicated the Layer - resized at 80% rotated 15 degree Repeated multiple times

Now I know what I was missing -- the rotations. Back to the drawing board!
