Back in 2011 to 2012 I bought several add-ons of Topaz but have not used them in quite some time. Now I cannot find them on my computer.
Does anyone know if I can download them again from Topaz without me having to buy them again? I would think they would have record of me buying those using my email.

Charles, yes, you can go back to the Topaz Labs website and download those plug-ins again.

I was just able to login to my Topaz account. First time in several years I must say! Below is a partial list on my account... but I only had record of 7 downloads, but here there are 15 items. They of course recommend upgrading, but how do I do that? How do I download from THIS list if I decide not to upgrade? Thank you again

Charles, as it has been a long time since you purchased any Topaz plug-in, I would strongly recommend you contact their Customer Service. Upgrades are free but you will need a "Key" number to activate the plug-ins when you install them. help.topazlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you Sepiana
I just now sent them a request for help. I do still have all the Key numbers for the products, plus I did find yesterday a webpage from Topaz showing the key numbers, and those numbers match!

I got a reply back from Topaz! They have upgraded my account shown below: I have gone ahead and added to your account your free upgrades to Adjust AI, DeNoise AI, and Sharpen AI. To access these free upgrades, you can sign in to your account and go to 'my product page' What are these installers? I tried running the Adjust AI installer, but got the following window: It says "Select the Start Menu in which you like to create the programs shortcuts. You can also enter a name create a new directory" (Below System Tools in the screen shot is "Windows Powershell") I really do not understand the instructions at all. Can you tell me in simple English what it is asking me to do? If I understand this correctly I have to install the "installer" in order to download the newer Topaz files??? What is Topaz Studio 2? Thank you!

Charles, The installers are .exe files (Windows). You download the files, save them to your computer, and, then, run them to install those products. It is pretty straight forward. The installers will search your computer and install them in every compatible PSE version you have. (They will be installed as a plug-in as well as a standalone.) Topaz Studio 2 is one of their newer products -- topazlabs.com/studio/

Are the individual installer programs only useful for that one add-on such as Adjust AI, DeNoise and Sharpen AI? I have installers for those 3 add-on's only. The other ones I am then guessing do not need the "installer programs"?

Each Topaz product has its own installer; on Windows they are .exe files. Ex.: topazdenoise_online_installer.exe
You need an installer for each Topaz product you have. Once the installer is downloaded/saved to your computer, you just run it to proceed with the installation.

I got the Topaz Adjust AI installed. I thought this would be used within Photoshop Elements, but it appears to have it's own program to go thru. Is the image of the moon on the left totally original with no changes? Then I would choose what I like from the group on the right side? How do I make any changes to any particular image if I want to try and "tweak" it in a bit differently from what is shown?

Another question, once I like the changes I make from the first Topaz product, do I then have to save it before using another Topaz product?

Go to Filter>Topaz Labs>. . . Yes, the image on the left is your original. Then, you choose a preset from the panel on the right. To tweak the preset you applied, click on the "Controls" button at the top right corner of the Presets panel. Topaz offers lots of help. You may want to check this out . . .
