Yes, I do have a paper cutter. Don't know if it will do more than one sheet though - I have never needed more than one previously.
Thankfully, my printer will either go to the edges, or leave a 'border' round the outside.
A friend has loaned me a couple of pairs of crafting scissors, with the serrated blades. And given me some twine.
I already have a punch for making holes.
