I just bought PSE 2020 and would like to know how to open it without it going to main welcome screen it goes to by default.
I do not use Organizer or the Video Editor.
I run Windows 10 64 bit

Charles,
You can create a shortcut to directly launch the Editor. Locate the Editor .exe file, right-click on it, and select Send to>Desktop (create shortcut).
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2020\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
