ritage , this is simply beautiful! It looks ethereal, delicate. I love the colors! Which Topaz filter did you use to change the colors? ReStyle? Thank you, Sepiana.
I first ran one of the GLOW filters at reduced opacity which enhanced the contrast, but I don't remember which one, then Restyle for the color change.
Rita
Rita, thanks for answering my question! The combo of these two Topaz plug-ins explains how you got that look. I added it to my list of techniques to try.

The Recipe:
1. Cut out the flowers. With this image it's ultra simple. 2. Apply Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates. 3. Duplicate that layer three time and create a circle. You may need to transform each layer. 4. Merge these layer. Apply effects - season to taste 5. Apply Filter>Distort>Spherize at 100% 6. Add in other stuff/layers to complete your image.
Done

Rita, interesting sketch effect. I really like your choice of a gold background. It adds an "engraved" look to the sketch. I don't have this action but I have a Sketch tutorial Diana posted on the EV forum. As a matter of fact, my Pencil Sketch action incorporates some of her suggestions such as the use of the Gaussian Blur and Find Edges filter. Getting into the Action -- Pencil Sketch

Helen, thinking out of the box! I like how you added the dahlias to the bride's bouquet. Nicely done!

kdcintx , those dahlias were begging to be twirled around. I really like the moderated twirling; it resulted in very distinctive lines and beautiful colors

whippet , you seem to have a knack for finding clipart that suits the subject in an image. The water (dew?) drops are a bonus. Nicely done!
