Thank you to all who submitted images for these two weeks. I have managed to pick out 3 favourites, - hope you enjoy my selections.

House finch / pontiac1940 / even more spectacular when viewed large, lovely details in his feathers and face, perfect for a Christmas card.

A small vase of flowers / hmca / simply elegant in design and composition, love how the background compliments and blends in with the flowers in the vase.

IOW goes to - Fall wardrobe / srmoment / who needs a display of tail feathers when there is all that riotous colour in the background, I really like the angle you took this photo from.
