Just went from PSE8 to PSE20. Where did the "Recovery" slider go?

In not too old versions of Camera raw, the 'recovery' slider is replaced by two sliders, Highlights and white. That is much more flexible. Same with 'Fill light' which is controlled by shadows and black sliders.

If you make sure the clippings warnings are turned on (on either side of the histogram) you will get the clipped areas showing up.
