Does Photoshop Elements have Curves?
Answer:
Yes, it does.
Adobe calls it Color Curves. However, this is a rather restricted version of Curves in Photoshop. It has a simplified dialog box, only a few preset settings, and not many adjustment points. It is accessed via Enhance > Adjust Color > Adjust Color Curves. Bonus? It works with 16-bit images.
NOTE:
A possible workaround will be to use Elements+, an add-on created by Andrei Doubrovski.
