Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. - Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun. NOTE I am assigning no theme this week. It is your turn! Pick a theme which appeals to you, grab your camera, and capture something which will be an interpretation of the theme you chose. Also, let us know what your theme is and how your image relates to it. Have fun!

Not sure what to call my theme. So I'll say Elements+ Focus Stacking. I guess the theme is a process vs subject. Still life. Lemons and mandarin oranges in an 1800s brass bowl. Seven photos stacked using Elements+ Thanks to Andrei Doubrovski who kindly responded to an Elements+ question couple of weeks ago.

I've been known to confuse, pontiac1940. I chose a "process" but the way the theme is worded members are free to choose whatever theme they want. So in your case you could have chosen still life, fruit, curves, complimentary colors etc. for your first image.

Clive, as the WP challenge is less about process than subject, you naming your theme "Still Life" does the job. Nice image -- colorful, sharp, simplistic composition.

Was down by the river today watching the seagulls fishing - and practising with my cameras continuous focus settings as they fly fast and aren't so easy to keep up with! Not quite sure what they were catching but every once in a while one would dive and crash land in the water before taking off again. Here are a couple of shots - one flying and one landing. So I'll call the theme "Down by the River" Tony

A little early morning fog on the golf course is my theme. Wayne, great shot -- the fog creeping out into the frame, the soft colors. It looks like a painting.

I envision these two images as a diptych -- flying>landing.
