Isn't it just. Looks just like an oil painting.

Inspired by Berengaria 's wonderful old houses. Feel free to offer a critique Berie. As usual, I play with my images and can't remember all that I did to this. But here's what I do remember doing: 1. CE 4 used the bleach by-pass and high key filters. 2. Converted to B/W 3. Topaz Impression (original) Da Vinci sketch 4. Added a layer mask 5. Used the texturizer (sandstone) and poster edges (0, 0, 6 settings) in the filter gallery.
Minus the wires at top left....

You nailed it Helen.Love it. Wish I had done it. It’s perfect. Care to tell how you did it?

Thank you, Berie. I added my my basic steps above. Looking at it again I wish I had gotten rid of the wires to left.

I love this Helen. I agree with Berengaria, you nailed it. Can I just say I’m glad you didn’t get rid of the wires to the left as I feel they add somewhat to the character of the old house.

Used the high key and bleach bypass filters in CE 4....texture Creme Anglaise from fly Paper textures. Flipped for left-right orientation.

Thank you, Janice. I am going to edit the orchid and show how it looks flipped. I think the left-to-right orientation is more pleasing to the eye but I often forget to make that simple transform.

Wanted to see how this scene that I am constantly shooting might look as a textured image....
