Having received a new Mac for Christmas (ya) I was stoked to find that I had to upgrade to elements 2020 to get it to work (having just upgraded to 2019 to get maps to work!!)
I'm having a few issues, anyone else?
1. Organizer - shows photos in the grid, but when I click on one, all I get is a grey screen with a ? in the middle. If you move your cursor over the grey - it obviously knows that there are faces on it as I'm asked to identify the face - even though it cannot be seen. tried the view refresh option, nothing happens
2. I cannot import from a camera or iPhone, all I get is 'no valid files' - using image capture works fine, but that takes time - I remember a similar problem in an early 201n release of elements that they blamed on apple
Is it me, or is elements getting very buggy - probably because of the rush to get a new version out that you need to pay for!
