Took a ride to Clearwater Florida today.....tried some architectural shots. And this was their beach.....how relaxing does this look?! Crazy!

That white stuff? Is that snow? Kidding! Looks great!
The title? "Color or Black and White" Is that a question?
Hummmm ... both have a place. I am kinda leaning to the color version. Why? Not sure. The near "square" structures in the right seem a tad darkish in the B&W version. Perhaps.
Enjoy your stay. Clive

I like the black and white version with a tad of lightning on the foreground element. I like the color too but to me the other is a stronger image. The last one - I am not a fan. Why? Because it’s not fair for those of us that won’t see that weather for months. 😉 nice seeing Helen!

I was originally drawn to this building because of the blue and white colors. Usually I like architectural abstracts in B/W but couldn't make up my mind with these. I took quite a few pictures of this building. I have posted this question in a couple of groups that I am in and have gotten votes for both. In the end I am leaning toward the B/W......thanks for the suggestion about the front structure, Judy. I was trying to camouflage those streaks that are more evident in the color. Will try another edit.

Evaluating the 2 based upon "I was originally drawn to this building because of the blue and white colors" I prefer the color version because the contrast in color between the gray and blue is stronger.

I like the color version because of the clearer reflections in the glass.

I prefer the b/w. Very dramatic. Having said that . . . the colours fit in so well together. The more I look, the more I like the coloured image. Those grey concrete blocks are very effective in front of the blue windows. And the white round building creates a great balance. Yes. I have changed my mind, Helen. The coloured one.

You made a good point Peterj. When I saw the blue/white I thought of those beautiful images you see from Greece. I have found people strongly preferring the color version and others the B/W. I can definitely relate to Margaret's comment above as I go back and forth myself. Taking Judy's suggestion I lightened up the front structure a "tad". And in response to another suggestion someone gave made the sky a little more dramatic.
