Is there a way (like on the current EV site) to display new posts since my last visit?

Tom,
When you are on the Home screen, scroll all the way down and you will see "Threads and Posts" and under that "Recent Threads". This will give you the closest to our previous "New Posts". I am not quite convinced yet that it only pulls up anything since my recent visit, but it's a start.

Thanks much Simone, I'll give it a try.
Actually, I would rather have the ability to view posts that are x days old instead of since my last visit anyway. There were many times when I saw several interesting new posts, but after viewing 1 or 2 the list of new posts had been reset and so I no longer could see some of the others that I wanted to read.

Use the Search link at the top of the page, and enter the number of days you want to search for. Then at the bottom of the page, select that you want to show results as Threads.

Could you be more specific, please. Maybe a screenshot? Which page? I can't find a search box that will direct me anywhere. Do you type just a number (i.e "7") or i.e. "7 days". |

The search thingie is in the main menu at the top of the home page for the site. Once you click on it you will see the options Andy is talking about.

Well.. hmmm... is it the "Participated" thing? It's the only thing I can click on. (And I like that function very much) I can't see where to type days or numbers of days. If you mean the regular "search" I can't search unread post. I can see unread new post if I go into each section of the forum and see if there is some new post there. It's OK once you get used to it.  I guess we all have to get used to it. |
