Hint: Pictures 1 and 2 express a hope or a wish. Pictures 3 and 4 sort of ask you a question and if you answer it truthfully you have the solution.

Maybe before you give the answer you could provide a hint that might help us work past this one....."The answer has 9 words, three of which are contractions."
Maybe identify the three contractions? If that doesn't work maybe an example as to where they occur in the saying....ex. Contraction____________, _____________, contraction.....
Just a thought?

I have some thoughts about the clock but they don't fit with the phrase. I'll post them in case they might help someone else......
Anytime There's no time like the present time when time stops pastime no time time to be decided whenever the end of time the beginning of time stop the clock when time begins run out of time
Hope that might possibly give someone an idea.........

Please tell me, was my Puzzle simply too obscure, or had most of you never heard about this song that's almost part of the history of Great Britain in WWII
I was afraid that the empty clock face would give it away at first look.

I know the song well but I'm sorry Rita I would not have guessed it from your puzzle. That of course could just be me!

Rita I’d certainly heard of the song but I was thinking of words like no hands, timeless, in no time but “don’t know when” never crossed my mind. If it had I would have remembered the song and the Peter Sellers connection - so not really too obscure - just tricky IMHO... Tony

( I did give one hint that said they asked you a question to answer)
What if instead of the globes I had shown a map of Europe with a question mark? I considered that, but thought it was too easy
