These three commands are: A) Auto Contrast option B) Auto Levels Option C) Auto Color Option. These are the names used in the Missing Manual, ver. 13.
Somewhere else I saw the three as Contrast, Tone and Color. I assume Auto Levels Option and Auto Tone Option are the same, just have different names. Am I correct in assuming that?
Also, in the Adobe help document, there are three names, with radio buttons, in the Auto Color Correction dialogue box. These three names, below, are different but they correspond to the three commands above:
Enhance Monochromatic Contrast Enhance Per Channel Contrast Find Dark & Light Colors
I'm simply trying to clear up my confusion - thanks!
If it would help, I can upload a screen shot.

Hi Paul, I think, you are quite right. Auto Levels (in PSE) == Auto Tone (in full Photoshop)

Thanks, Andre, Here's another point of confusion... here's a screen shot, and note that the three commands are referred to twice but with different names. This may seem obvious to seasoned members but to a newbie like me it's confusing. The names of the three at the top bear little in common with the names down at the bottom, below the box.
