I've been using Tapaz Denoise AI for quite a while; in the past I noticed that ACR was fairly good at reducing noise; my go to editing suite is On1. I decided to test these three methods on a single capture. This test revealed to me that Topaz produces the best results on this type of image. Results below are a single screen capture of the same image at 100%.

If anyone wishes to compare their chosen noise reduction solution I'll share the untouched raw file.
