I have placed Elements+ properly into the plug-in folder of a newly reinstalled PSE. Although Elements+ does show up in PSE's File>Automated Tools, it does not show up in Effects? Before having to reinstall PSE, this plug-in could be called from Effects

I might not have comprehended correctly ...
Elements+ is revision sensitive; Elements+ for PSE 18 won't work in PSE 20

Before I had to reinstall PSE2020, I had loaded E+ on and it worked like a charm. And, it could be called from both the File and Effects of PSE. I think you've got something wrong... |
