This was taken 2 nights ago in Rocky Mountain National Park. The sun had long since gone behind the mountains to the west, so I needed to keep my shutter speed up for shooting wildlife with a telephoto lens, but I also wanted a usable photograph. I usually use a Canon 60D for wildlife because the crop sensor gives more reach, but I don't dare crank the ISO very high with it. I switched to the 6D Mark II after sunset for this series. I set ISO at 12,800, and aperture at f8. That gave me 1/400 second shutter speed. After addressing the inevitable noise with Topaz Denoise AI, I finished the rest of the developing in Lightroom.

Magnificent, the expression in his eye is almost comical, and I love that some teeth are visible as he chomps on that plant.

The text is completely double dutch to me. But there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever about the image - as Jacki said - Magnificent.
