Hope your neck feels better soon, Margaret. You are smart to avoid doing too much on the computer till it is feeling better.....speaking from experience. Added the flag to an image I had taken in Bar Harbor, Maine.

Well you sure know how to pick them Margaret. Took this image into Affinity Photo and applied the Mirror Filter. Then took into PSE where I replaced the background colour with an image of the sea. Image from Pixabay.

- Applied Mehdi's Kaleidoscope plug-in (Spinning Effect>Blend). - Created the frame effect with Filter Forge (Dividing Frames).

whippet, there have been many ships of that name from Capt. Cook to the Space Shuttle. Is this a historical exhibit?

Really nice edit, Rita! The gold/grey combo looks great. How did you add the gold to the image?

Really nice edit, Rita! The gold/grey combo looks great. How did you add the gold to the image? Helen the statue was gold in the original image on Pixabay and I turned the flag into gold with an .asl style which I made myself a long time ago by back-engineering a Drag&Drop text style. You can find these on Deviant Art.
I think it was from this one:
Most of my gold styles were made this way.

Because layer styles is something I never use, I decided to see what I could create using a layer style on the flag. I created 5 flags and arranged them in a flower shape. Then I kept rotating and playing with the difference blend mode. Enlarged using gigapixel. Used a brightness/contrast adjustment layer. Thanks for the inspiration ritage . It looks better if you click it.

Yes, great application of the gold style to the flag. Looks very authentic.
