Blake Rudis has an interesting tutorial for creating a diamond gradient to enhance landscapes. When I first learned about it, I thought it was a bit over the top. Later, when I tried it, I found it works quite well for some images. The key is to choose the right complementary colours that work with the image, and to dial down the transparency of the gradient to enhance but not overwhelm the image. The tutorial also works with Photoshop elements. The Diamond Gradient Effect In Photoshop: f64academy.com/diamond-gradient-photoshop/?mc_cid=9d5e9b7978&mc_eid=8089b1def6Kind regards Chris

I found the video fascinating, even though I have no knowledge of the subject. Those who do, should find it interesting.

Fascinating - going to have to try that as I have a lot of landscapes where I think it should work well. Thanks Chris for posting.
